The Tata Harrier gets a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo-diesel engine mated to a 6-speed automatic gearbox that generates a power of 170 hp against 350 Nm of torque. The engine displacement of the same is 1956 cc and covers 0-100 kph in just 11.58 seconds. The layout of the Tata Harrier is FWD (Front Wheel Drive). The length, width and height of the Harrier stand at 4,598 mm, 1,894 mm and 1,706 mm with a wheelbase of 2,741 mm.

Speaking of the Jeep Compass it comes equipped with a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo-diesel engine mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission that generates a power 173 hp against 350 Nm of peak torque. The layout of the Jeep Compass is and All-wheel drive and the engine displacement stand at 1956 cc. The Compass covers a range of 0-100 kph in just 11.40 seconds. The Compass gets the length, width and height of 4,395 mm, 1,818 mm and 1,640 mm along with a wheelbase of 2,636 mm.

The top-end model of the Tata Harries comes equipped with an 8.8-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Car-play connectivity, panoramic sunroof, automatic headlamps, a semi-digital instrument panel with a 7-inch MID (Multi Information Display) and 6-way powered driver seat along with other standard features. When it comes to safety while driving, the Tata Harrier gets 6 airbags, cruise control, hill-hold and hill-descent control, electronic traction control and electronic stability program.

Speaking of the Jeep Compass, it gets an 8.4-inch touch-screen infotainment system with U-connect, automatic headlamps, reverse parking camera, 3.5-inch MID (Multi Information Display), dual-pane panoramic sunroof and 8-way powered driver seat along with many other features. On the safety front, the Compass gets 6 airbags along with side airbags and curtain airbags, ABS with EBD, hill start assist, and cruise control and traction control system. (Buy new Car online)


The Tata Harrier XZA+ Dual Tone is offered at an ex-showroom price of INR 20.25 lakh for sale in the Indian car market. The Tata Harrier is one of the compact SUVs offered by Tata which is value for money as it offers a good ride quality, is spacious and is rich in features as well.
