The Porsche Macan has been facelifted for the second time ahead of the launch of the all-electric Macan next year. The SUV gets enhanced performance and a few styling tweaks. The facelifted Macan gets 3 (Three) trims – the standard Macan, the Macan S and the Macan GTS.
The 2021 Porsche Macan facelift gets upgraded engines. The standard Macan gets a 2.0-litre turbo four unit generating 265bhp and the Macan S gets a 3.0-litre V6 unit producing 380bhp. On the other hand, the Macan GTS offers a 2.9-litre V6 engine generating 440bhp against a peak torque of 549Nm. The Macan GTS can achieve 0-100kmph in just 4.3 seconds with a top speed of 272kmph.
As for the exteriors, the 2021 Macan facelift gets revised front grille and a rear diffuser, new LED headlights, 21-inch alloy wheels and black trim elements. On the inside, the Macan facelift gets a redesigned centre console with a touch sensitive panel, a 10.9-inch touchscreen infotainment display, an analog clock placed at the centre of the dashboard, Sport Chrono package and more.
The previous version of the facelifted Macan was launched back in 2019 in the Indian market. Nevertheless, as of now there is no confirmation of the updated Macan to be launched for the Indian market but being a CBU unit it is expected to be introduced sometime in near future.
