Audi e-tron launched at a starting price of INR 99.99 lakh

The German car manufacturer, Audi has launched its all-electric e-tron range in the Indian market with a starting price of INR 99.99 lakh (Ex-showroom). The e-tron range offers 3 (Three) models – the e-tron 50, e-tron 55 and the e-tron Sportback 55. Below mentioned are the prices of the same.

In terms of powertrain, the Audi e-tron 50 will be powered by a 71kWh battery pack generating 308bhp and 540Nm of torque whereas the e-tron 55 and e-tron Sportback 55 will derive its power from a 95kWh battery pack producing 402bhp against a peak torque of 664Nm. The company claims to cover a range of 359km to 484km in the WLTP cycle.

As for the exteriors, the e-tron range will feature LED headlamps and LED taillights, a 20-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, soft close doors and more. The company has introduced the charging options along with service and warranty plan details last week.

On the inside, the e-tron range is fully quipped is luxurious features like a a fully digital instrument console known as Audi’s virtual cockpit, 360-degree camera, four-spoke steering wheel, 8 (Eight) airbags, wireless charging, ambient lighting, four-zone climate control and much more.

Commenting on the launch, Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said, “Today is a big day for us as we launch the e-tron brand in India. Under the e-tron brand, we are launching not one, but three electric SUVs that begin our electrification journey. The Audi e-tron 50, the Audi e-tron 55, and the Audi e-tron Sportback 55 are the perfect confluence of luxury, zero emissions, performance, and everyday usability. With the three offerings, we have a proposition for every type of EV customer in the small but growing luxury SUV space. To ease the transition to electric mobility, we are offering several benefits and packages including after-sales, charging, and ownership.
