The German car manufacturer, Audi has started the production of its SUV, the Audi Q5 at its Skoda Auto Volkswagen India plant located in Aurangabad. The Audi Q5 is most likely to be introduced in the coming month (November,2021) in the Indian market. The local assembly of the model will help the company to introduce the Q5 at a competitive price.
As for the exteriors, the Audi Q5 facelift features vertical chrome strips placed in the grille, silver accents at the front and rear bumper, LED headlamps with integrated DRLs, LED taillights with dynamic turn signals, an 18-inch five-arm-star alloy wheel design along with a 19-inch and a 20-inch alloy wheels options.
Inside the cabin, the facelift version of the Q5 gets premium leather upholstery along with contrast stitching and walnut wood inlays, black glossy trim elements, a 10.1-inch MMI touchscreen infotainment system, a 12.3-inch HD display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity in the brand’s virtual cockpit and much more.
Under the hood, the Q5 facelift is expected to offer a 2.0-litre TFSI engine along with a 12v mild-hybrid system mated to a 7-speed S tronic DCT unit. More details of the Audi Q5 facelift is awaited.
