Land Rover reveals new Range Rover

The British car manufacturer, Land Rover has unveiled the fifth-gen Range Rover at the Royal Opera House in London. The new Range Rover features the standard and long wheelbase body designs along with a 7-seat trim followed by a bespoke SV variant which expected to be introduced by the end of 2022.

The new Range Rover gets new and subtle designs along with modern exteriors that gives a sensational look to the new model. The new Range Rover gets the signature design elements and features daytime running lights, swept-up waistline, and slightly slanted roofline. At the rear, the Range Rover gets an elongated dark panel with vertical rear lights and dynamic turn signals.

On the inside, the Range Rover is equipped with luxurious features such as a new 2-spoke steering wheel, a 13.1-inch curved touchscreen infotainment system with built-in Alexa voice assistant that partly sticks out of the dashboard, a fully digital instrument cluster with a 13.7-inch high-definition screen and much more.

For the first time, the brand has utilized sustainable material for the luxurious interiors which is procured from Kvadat and claims to emit just a quarter of CO2 in comparison leather during production. Moreover, the brand has provided 2 (Two) individual seats in the back for the customers to experience seating like first-class on an aircraft.

The new Range Rover gets both standard and long wheelbase trims which will be available in 4-seat, 5-seat and 7-seat configurations and is also capable of adopting electrified powertrains. Furthermore, the new Range Rover will also be equipped with new features such as a four-wheel steering, electronic air suspension with eHorizon data, active anti-roll bars and a 35-speaker Meridian surround sound system with third-gen active noise cancellation.

The all-new Range Rover is available with 6-cylinder and 8-cylinder powertrain options including PHEV and mild-hybrid integrations. Also, a fully-electric Range Rover is expected to arrive sometime in 2024.
