adminThe new Mercedes-AMG A45 S has been launched in the Indian market at a price of INR 79.50 lakh (Ex-showroom). The model will arrive on the shores via CBU route and is the world’s most powerful 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine to be used in a series production car.
The new A45 S AMG features assertive design such as a new grille with vertical slats along with AMG badging, LED headlamps with integrated DRLs, 19-inch alloy wheels, wider air intakes, side skirtings, flared wheel arches, rear diffuser, quad-tip exhaust pipes and a large spoiler. The new model is available in 6 (Six) different colour options – SUN YELLOW | POLAR WHITE | MOUNTAIN GREY | DESIGNO MOUNTAIN GREY MAGNO | COSMOS BLACK | DESIGNO PATAGONIA RED.
Inside the cabin, the 2021 Mercedes-AMG A45 S is loaded with luxurious features such a large, twin display screen one for the infotainment system and the instrument cluster, Nappa leather upholstery, 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel, sport seats, contrast yellow accents and much more. In addition to this, the new model also gets features such as AMG torque control, AMG Drift Mode, AMG suspension, drive modes, and all-wheel-drive.
In terms of powertrain, the new Mercedes-AMG A45 S gets a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic (AT) transmission generating 416bhp against a peak torque of 500Nm. The model can achieve 0-100kmph in just 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 270kmph.
