Volkswagen India revealed the facelift version of its SUV, Tiguan back in July last year and now again the automaker is prepping to launch the new facelifted avatar of the Tiguan on December 7, 2021 in the Indian market.

On the design front, the facelifted Volkswagen Tiguan gets revised front looks including twin L-shaped LED headlamps with integrated DRLs, a 2-slat chrome grille, wider air intakes and a reworked bumper. In addition to this, the new facelifted Tiguan also features new set of alloy wheels, tweaked LED taillights and the Tiguan lettering on the bootlid.
On the inside, the 2021 version of the Tiguan is loaded with features such as a new MIB3 touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a fully digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, wireless charging and much more.
In terms of engine and transmission the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan facelift derives its power from a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, TSI petrol engine mated to an 8-speed automatic (AT) transmission and the 4Motion all-wheel-drive system generating 187bhp against a peak torque of 320Nm.
